I won't take Credit for that place but with Dell and a few others who have disappeared I may be close . dell Winders may have been the First after Marc I was on in '98
as I spent a year or 2 researching the Sovereign before buying in '99

pretty confident Jeff Williams was here then or shortly after.
I enjoyed his posts not so much his voice/showing off in his vids and Why do I Think there was a Tim Williams ? maybe not jeff
