Treasure Symbol

Has anyone encountered or have information regarding this double spiral symbol? I found this large ( about 250 lbs. ) ocean rock not at the ocean but at about 1500 feet of elevation, buried a mountain valley overlooking the ocean. I believe the origin of the rock and or symbol to be of Roman origin or very early Spanish, possibly a ballast rock from a ship.

This Symbol comes from the Iron Age (Celtic) La Tene style. 300BC But I not saying that's when it was done. The Romans were more classical with straight lines etc.. although they did absorb other cultures.
