Hello all!

What happened:

I have used and loved my 570 probe since May of last year.Yesterday I replaced the battery and hunted for 3 hours yesterday… I got out my gear to hunt today and turned the probe up and got the two pulses, but they seemed weak and I went to find the target in the hole and nothing… I pointed the probe at my lesche digger and it pulsed but it was weak and I had to get much much closer than normal… On a small or very thin piece of metal it will not pulse until only a few mm’s away... :-(

I called the companies number abd a gentleman answered, did not have to transfer me... asked me to describe what happened and what I was expierencing... I explained the above... and he said:

"Let me say that I am sorry that our product is not working and would like you to send it back so we can repair it for you...." He never asked if it was under warantee... and really cared! WOW! It was under warantee... He explained they would turn it around in one day and ship it back...

I sent it off last tuesday.... I am in New England.... they are in California... the box arrived back today... 6 business days later... not repaired.... BUT A BRAND NEW 570!

These guys ROCK!

Treasure Products... kiddos on being a compay with integrity, carring people, quality products and 1st class service!

Stories like these are great to hear!!! There are so many choices out there, that customer service has to be part of the decision making.

Great story. Great American product and great American customer service. Thanks for sharing.

That's pretty cool! I've actually had the same thing happen with mine before, but when I realized it was barely vibrating, I actually turned it up again and it vibrated twice again, except stronger... then worked like normal. I didn't suppose anything was really wrong with it, so I just kept using it. *shrugs*

Well, I guess if it totally craps out on me for some reason, I'll know who to call. :)

I had a problem with my 580 probe not working properly, just stopped working and I called. They requested I send it back to them, and they repaired it, and sent it back promptly. I've used it a couple of times since, but am pretty stuck on the Garrett pinpointer now. When compared, the vibraprobe is not as good, as you pretty well have to be right on the target for it to vibrate. It also sends both my detectors haywire when close to them. One thing good about it is when I use it for locating in water, or playgrounds, its A+++.

I always like to hear a good customer service story. More often than not, people will gripe about a bad customer service experience.

It is sooooo nice to hear that there are still companies like that.

I would write to them, and tell them how great they are, and that you have told many, many people about their business practices, and recommended them - which, of course, you have - by posting it here.

I have been digging with my 570 for at least a year. This makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside INCASE something happens to mine. I love mine. The Ace 250 and it make a great combo. Can't use it with my F75, but that is why I bought the Garrett propointer. It pairs perfect with the F75..

my garrett pro pointer went nut yesterday i mailed it back in and they said it would be 5-10 days so now i have to use my whites bullseye 2 now not that impressed with it cant wait for my propointer to get back home
