? ?::) Hey! Sig!:
How about not wasting time and space on your "Your Asked" treasure info.
Many of us have information, we don't wish to be "Bombarded" !
I personally have Infor/ researched and ready to go, on? ?:) over 5500? sites, all in the Southwest, myself !
Come on now!
Would you like to have me smear them all over the "posts" !

G'day cptbil, If you read the whole thread you would see why I did that. I was proving a point and did it pretty well. My private predictions of what the results would be bore out too. You would also notice that it was a one shot deal that coaxed maybe two leads from other posters. I don't and didn't post anything that a good reader wouldn't stumble across eventually. Post some things on that forum and they will all be off the first page. I'm already catching flack because some states are not on the front page. Basically every reader on this site got an absolutely free treasure book that had at least two leads from their state. Not free after $20 purchase --- really free. Speaking of free if you read your mail you'd see I offered you something free months ago. It's still sitting here boxed up and ready to mail. Surprised you didn't tell me this directly as you have my email address. Nice hearing from you. ss

Thank you Dell. I enjoy your treasureamerica site when i have the time to surf the net. Good data there. exanimo, ss

Well! Guys!
I will be back in the field starting next week!
I intend to BE! IN THE FIELD until some time around March or April of 2005!
Yep!? ?:D That's FIVE (5) Months In The Field! ? ?
Where will you be?
Where can we meet?
I will be in and or around the following states, Arizona, New Mexico, So. CA., Nevada and possibly Utah!
Drop by camp some time !
That goes for anyone who sees? ?::) the " Big? YELLOW? Jeep" (my '77 4dr Wagoneer & small brown {3'x6'] equipment trailer) out in the field!
I always have a pot of coffee on!

Dell!
My offer of the Gold? Bars is still in effect!
I have yet to recover that treasure!
It is one of the sites I will be working on!
Why don't you come down and join the hunt/recover operations?
Be more than glad to have your help!
BUT!
I JUST! do not believe in them!
As I have Mentioned before,
I have had FOUR (4), Oops! It is now five (5), different operators, operating different types of LRLs and all in different locations!
AND! All of them failed to work!
Notice!
I said, "Failed to WORK"!
Much less, locate anything!
? ?;)? Dell! Friends and Partners can and do have different opinions on things!
And! They can still be Friends!
I like to keep an open mind, bring out your LRL and let's dig up a Treasure ??????

SS!
I believe that I mentioned somewhere, sometime, maybe?, that my old computer went down!
The "Mother Board Crashed"
I don't remember seeing your offer!
Could you refresh my "PTSD" Memory?
But!
Answer very soon!
As I will be on my way, on the road, Thursday

FLOYD
I'm not going to waste everyone's time with the 5500+ leads!
But! I WILL give you or anyone else, what info I have on a treasure/site, if it is in the western states, that you want info on!
I will give you actual search references, not just a bunch of stories
AND! Completely FREE!
? ::) Try me out !!!

CPTBILL I am still waiting on that field trip from last year when you were looking for help what happen ??? or the trip to china ?.Buck :'(

Bill:
The Lost Yuma Gold Mine..
Is that the lost gold mine of Lt. "Yuma" ("Yuma" is his nick name)? and Lt J. Crittenden ?
The lost apache's gold? mine, that is on/near the SanPedro River, A days's ride (by horse) North of Old Camp Grant ?
On the San Pedro River, one of the? ? very? ?:o? ? few rivers? that flows in reverse!
IE: It flows from south? to? north ? and has a junction with the Gila River !
Near Duncan Arizona!
If this is the One!
I have more a lot detailed infomation on this!
Why?
Because Lt. J. Crittenden is/was an ancestor of mine!

BUCK!
As for My Trip to China? ?;D ....
I was/have been advised to delay the trip because of the "Chicken Flu"? ?:'( epidemic ( Yes! I does spread to people!) that started in that area!
I was to go to Liuzhou China, and that's where the Flu developed!
? ??? As far as a "field trip" ??
Refresh my memory!
As I mentioned above, my computer "crashed" and "The Trip" (Your Trip?) may have been on it ?
Did you Volunteer ?
If so!
I am heading back to "The New Mexico Site" in a couple of weeks, if you're still interested!
Or!
I have a good one, A Spanish Silver Cache.
That is fully researched, by book and fieldwork,? and it checks out!
It is ready for a/the "Recovery" ???
It in Southern Arizona!
But!?? :-\
You'll need to go "Armed"? ?:P for this trip!
It is right on a Main Highway ( a Canyon that leads north out of Mexico) for Illegals!
Or! What are you referring to ?
OR!
As I mentioned, I am going out for atleast five months, maybe more!
So!
Anytime you feel like heading out......

I was ready last year but times change I got got my coals in the fire for this year so maybe the trip to southen az just keep me up-dated as to when you are headed that way (souther az) Buck :-[

BUCK!
? ? ? :) How About.....!I? :o
I'm leaving for Phoenix around 1800hrs TODAY
I'll be there, in Phoenix,? to arrange, with a group, a trip over to The New Mexico Site!
Hopefully the FINAL! Assault on that site!!
With a big payoff! (Yes! I'll remember "Dell")
Then (after New Mexico) I am planning to head down to The Tumacacori Mnts, the general area of Peck Canyon !
What is your schedule?
After 1800 hrs, today, please use my "Yahoo" address!
[email protected]
? :-X OR!
You can Continue to use this "Forum",
As I can access the forum by using my? ?laptop/cell phone? ? connection!
When I am in out in the field, in Camp!

Dell!
? :) Hey! I am serious about the invitation to come out to the New Mexico Site!
Here's a chance to come out and check the (your) info that you sent to me on it!
? :o If it comes to pass!? :o
You'll have a lot more that you can carry away!
We have now have a new? ::) "bulldozed" road to the site!
You can climb (while in camp) into your vehicle and drive right up to the drill holes!
You'll see? ?:o a classic Spanish Turtle
It's about 4 feet long and sitting right on the ridgeline!
That alone is worth the trip!

Lost Yuma gold mine. Sorry, CptBill, you don't hane correct information. McLean (Yuma) was not a lieutenant, he was expelled from the Academy. There never was a? Crittenden, he was a fictional character supplied by Dobie.

Thanks cptbill but as I said before I would love to go to new mexico I cant at this time I have other irons in the fire at this time but KEEP ME UP_DATE ON YOUR TRIP TO SOUTHER ARIZONA BUCK ;)Good luck

? :-[ BOY!? :-[
I sure don't know much!? ???
I guess that both the old town of Crittenden, AZ. and Camp Crittenden ( 30 miles east) are figments of the State of Az. imagination!
As the State has Historical markers, ALONG THE HIGHWAY,? for both of them!
You might ALSO, want to inform the Crittenden Family, still living in Phoenix, (you can check to Phx. Phone book, on this) that they don't exist!
Also, that my Family Tree, on my mother's side, is completely wrong!
Oh!
Yes!
You might wish to inform the Civil War Historical Soc. as they list "Crittenden's" of both sides of the Civil War!
? ?:-[? BOY!? ?:-[? I guess That I stand corrected!
That Dobie Guy surely doesn't knows what he wrote about!
Lt. Yuma ...
He was discharged from Fort Yuma, he was the Supply Officer and it seems he had his hands in the wrong pocket!
He married a Yuma Indian woman!
He turned to trading with the indians in the southern part of the state.
They were both killed by the Papago Indians when they showed up on the Reservation!
Leaving the? ???? fictional?????? Lt. J. Crittenden, who, at the time,? owned a general Store in Tucson.
As the one and only person who had knowledge of the Mines Location!
Later on, he was killed by the Apaches while at the mine!
? ;D Sounded! GOOD To ME!
But! I guess that I have the wrong information, HUH ??

Wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong again. Thomas F McLean (Yuma) was courtmartialed from West Point in 1848. He never was in the army, he never worked for the Quartermaster, he owned a ferry at Yuma, he rented one of his houses to the army for storage, and he did not arrive in Tucson until late 1850's. The Crittenden that Dobie mentioned in his narrative was fictional, and the Az. Historical Society can find no mention of any Crittenden in the area at the time of the narrative. The only person who ever accompanied McLean to the mine site was Gen Walker, former agent to the Papagos. So yes you are wrong, and you don't know much about this lost mine.

Hi I live on the treasure coast and haven't found any old gold. A Indian dumping ground was just uncovered by the selter station on Huthenson island. I'll be there at dawn......Hope to see you guys.............Oh. North of bathtub......................Datadon with either an elite or beachhunter PS I was following five metal detectors and found a dime and nickel they missed!! I'd rather somebody follow me a find the treasure I miss. So, come on out!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: To: Mr. F. Mann

In regards to your post, above, second one, from the top!
Why in the world would you want to call me a "Loser" ?
? ? ?:o? You don't personally know me or anything about me!? ????
If I am such a "Loser", how come I am able to afford to Treasure Hunt any Time and Place?
How come I have:
1..6 automobiles, all paid for
2..2 Homes, Paid for
3..37 ac. of land, paid for
And! So On!
How come I am out in the field? ? ? ? ?
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?and
? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? you're sitting at home?
Is this the? ? "Green Eyed Monster"? ?? I see, making an appearance!

Darren, I don't know but those Cartoonish post are so child like. I still think he is just a juvie trying to fit in................

Hey Charles,

I was out in your neck of the woods today. Fort Fisher. Trying out my new Sand Shark. Found mostly fishing hooks, weights, clad galore, and...tons of twist ties. I didn't know the SS would pick up fine wire. I even found a staple - just one! Took me forever to isolate it from the pile. I guess the SS is a whole lot more sensitive than I thought. Makes me wonder what it could do in a tailing pile somewhere in gold nugget country. Anyone reading this ever use a Sand Shark for prospecting?

Hope you did'nt get in all that rain and wind we had this morning. Got range training Monday but I'm hitting the beach at low tide Tuesday.
