Treasure Island- Check it Out

Hope everyone is having a great day. For everyone who has read my posts, and heard about my findings, think about checkin' it out. I like to call my property Treasure Island, cause just about everyday when you walk around you can allways find something new. When we first moved here I told my Mom that it was a waste of time and that I was not moving, but now that I have been here for just about 7 years, "I can't believe that I have to give this place up!" It really sucks. Since my Mom and step-dad are going through a divorce they are going to sell the property. So I thought that I would let everyone check out the listing online for the property. You can check it out at, "homesandvines.com" The address is 8371 Mount Aukum rd. Mount Aukum, Ca 95656. There are nine pictures on there, but if anyone is interested please let me know and I will send more pictures. Alright well Happy Hunting.

Whats up this link to zillow.com. When I checked it out, it didn't have the right information on the property. Whats with this website? How does it work? Whats the point of it? Anyways I will try to find a picture to put on here, but if I don't find one, I'll have to move a few things so I can get to it and take a picture. Its actually not in the kitchen, but in one of the bedrooms. The pictures listed on homesandvines.com, don't really show the best attributes that this property has to offer. I took my sd card down the reality office so they could have a few pictures to post with the add. (My sd card was full to.) Out of all those pics, you would think that they would be smart enough to use a few "different" pictures!! Considering the first two pics are the same!!!! But anyway, to help you get a better understanding of where you are in the pictures, I will describe them by the order they are listed in.

Pictures 1 & 2: A view off the bridge at the end of our driveway. Over the South Fork of the Cosumnes River, just between Amador and El Dorado Counties, on E-16.

Picture 3: View of the river from just below the left side of the house. In the background, you can see the meadow, where the have Llamas.

Usually I am the one taking the picture and are never in them! But once in a while someone has to come along, pick up my camera, take a picture, and somehow get it posted online for a Real Estate Listing. I am Speachless.

Picture 4: Me and my brothers cat Sam in the river looking for GOLD. Yeah. This is my fav. part of the river. It is so peacefull in this spot. There is no one around except for a few neighbors(which never go to the river), all you hear is the running of the water, you could relax for hours on the rocks around me. And you will never get bored. Oh, just to right of me is where the property line is, running parrell with the way I am sitting.

Picture 5: WOW I just realized something!! This picture is the same as Pictures 1 & 2. Thats odd! The only difference is that I was standing on the other side of the bridge.

Picture 6: "My soon to be someone elses fireplace!" It looks great doesn't it! Man I'm really going to miss waking up each morning, sitting in front of the fireplace, drinking coffee, and gazing out the window, looking past the meadow, towards Buzzard Mountian in which River Pines sits on.

Pictures 7, 8, & 9 are inside the house.
