The image is printed into the surface with a process called sublimation. Its not a decal or sticker the inks gases soak into the surface and are UV resistant. The colors are vibrant, long lasting and excellent quality.

Any way to place picture of someone in the surf detecting instead of the pirate, in the center just above the words treasure hunter or better yet in middle between words treasure and hunter? If not I will order one with the pirate.

I can attest for the sublimation process as being pretty durable. I have a friend who does custom printing and does a lot of sublimation work. These plates are Great! Ill have to think of something and give you a shout
