HI, I'll be in Minnesota next week if anyone wants to get together to detect. I'll mainly be around the twin cities area. I'll have wheels and will be going east as far a Sauk Centre so, I can travel a little bit. I'm not sure which days I'll be available, but, Tuesday to Friday looks open at the moment. Got friends and family to see too, so that may change!

Have a safe visit and hope your next hunt greets you with big rewards

Moved from there in 1990 due to a work transfer, otherwise I'd be contacting you! Best of luck!

Just got back yesterday. Between visiting family, friends, and a couple of days of rain, I only got in about 2 1/2-3 hours of detecting. $3.17 in change along with what you see in the photo. I'm still soaking the pocket watch to see if I can open the back and find out the brand. The salt shaker top is just aluminum I believe. The pendant on the upper right is just a junk dime store thing. Several bullets and shell casings. I like the brass suspender buckle part. Looks fairly old and was found in an older area. 3 wheat cents to round it out. Oldest is 1939. Hopefully I'll do better next time!

As you travel through that state be very careful of what some call D-crats:)

Who in their right mind would want to be on the public safety agency? If it passes, the people that came up with the idea should automatically be on the agency!

Today, be careful. In Minneapolis, a city still shaken by George Floyd’s murder, will vote on whether to disband its police department and create a new public safety agency.
Don......
Yup, with increasing civil unrest, getting rid of the police force doesn't seem like a bright idea. As for the state's politics, it's pretty well divided. I hope they come to their senses and keep the police, but, I'll be interested to see how things turn out if that doesn't happen. If it gets bad, I'll have friends and relatives knocking on my door to come here! :BangHead:

It would be nice to have our state pendulum swing to the right for a change.......:icon_thumright:
