Trashy Park Weekend Finds, Silver & Button

This Weekend I went to an older park in the area, which is quite trashy, lots of pull tabs, bottle tops, Can slaw, etc.. I have been to this park several times over the last 2 years, but this year I had my new DFX, and I was surprised by some of the older finds which I apparantly missed with my other machine.
Found about $5 in clad, also a 1945 Merc, Scovill MFG -NY Municipal Police Button, finally a Washington Souvenir spoon which they quit making in 1930.
A neighbor of the park came over to chit chat, and he's a lifer of the neighborhood and was able to give quite a bit historical info about the park and surrounding area.. which opened the door to many other places to hunt.. I love it when that happens.
