✅ SOLVED Trans Mississippi commercial congress pin -- need help with more info

I found this pin metal detecting. IT is missing the pin and something that hung on it. I did an internet search and found one for sale on Ebay, as well as some information on the congress. Does anyone out there know the date this was given to expo participants or what the full thing looked like?

Offhand I don't know a thing about the organization... Absolutely nothing.
but, this google search has an image of the whole item, showing that this meeting was in Denver.
The link for the item pictured is too old to open to the correct thing

thanks again for the help. I don't know why my search did not show that image. I found it where they bull dozed an old house. I guess I will go back and look for the other half.
