Train Hits Man Attempting to Lay Coins On Tracks

So is it a "Class C Misdemeanor" to put a coin on the railroad track, or is it a Class C Misdemeanor to be hit by a train?

IMO that is the Most Stupid and Pathetic part. It's just like paying to get your car out of the impound lot and then finding that you have a ticket on it as well that you have to pay.

What would the rail line charge him for? ::)

I Think it's a "Class C Misdemeanor"
to Prevent being Sued By some
Ambulance chasing Lawyer
who would blame the RR.

I mashed many a penny on the train tracks as a kid... but even knew as a five year old that you should put the penny there BEFORE the train came around, then go back and get it AFTER the train left. It's not rocket science.

Sheesh, same here.

As a kid, I used to put things on the railroad tracks across the highway from my grandparents' home. This was in the 50s. Nobody worried about what we were doing. I'd go back the next day and find nothing. But I guess I was smart. I didn't hang around with my head in line of the ladders when I was doing this. Hmmmmm ... even at the age of 10...
