Trade Token?

I posted this earlier this week, but in the wrong section. I was wondering if someone could tell me exactly what I found here. I found this piece in the back yard of an old house in Kentucky with my Garrett Ace 350 that I had recently purchased. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...

He doesn't even have Russell, Ky listed.
You might want to register there and list it.
Someone else might know more about it.
