Trade Axe ? + 2 Bells in one hole

OK I don't know for sure if it is a trade axe, but we will find out.

The two bells in one hole was probably the longest it ever took me to retrieve a target, the ground was cement hard, and once I realized that I might have a bell I didn't want to scratch it up any more than necessary, and before I knew it there was two in the hole.

The item in top left of first pic is an unknown, a pocket watch cover, another ox knob, badly damaged, and some kind of "shield" also an unknown. Not a bad day, but better ones are comming.

Update, I believe the bells are "altar bells" wich explains why there were two together, and of slightly different sizes. they normally come in pairs or sets of 3, or 4.

I don't think that it's a trade axe...given the shape of the hole I would say a little more modern...and it doesn't appear to be hand forged. Now, that shield item is very interesting to me. Have you cleaned it up any since you found it? Is it brass? Bells are interesting as well!

I have no idea what that decorated piece is, this was quite the mixed bag of a hunt.
