I found this toy badge in a school yard that goes back to the 1850's. Wondering if anyone has ever come across a similar badge. I'm thinking 1950's. Didn't come up with much searching online. Also didn't spend too much time searching though. I thought the 7-11 would yield something quickly.

I'm thinking back when I was a kid Tootsie Toy sold toy detective sets and the badge had numbers . This was in the 50,s ?
