These were found by a friend of mine The projectiles are very well made of a ferrous medal. So my question is are they possibly a weapon. Anybody recognize them?

Flechette, U.S. 1950's & 1960s. Not a toy, & I'm pretty sure nonexplosive.

Lazy Dog Missle, not really a flechette, a flechette will resemble a nail with a stablization fin crimped into the head. I have shot hundreds of flechette rockets (2.75 in) from attack helicopters and none in the last 25 years looks like that. I you have what was called a "Lazy Dog Missile, or Buzz Bomb" they were part of a cluster bomb used in late WW2, Korea and Viet Nam. Google "Lazy Dog Missile" and you will see lots of information.
