Not the Winchester 86 or 94, here is a photo of the 94, and the 86 is a lot like it.

The next picture is a Winchester 73, and the 76 is a lot like it.

So the earlier guns appear to be closer to yours. But that said, their are many more lever guns than Winchester, so I don't know for sure, except to say yours looks more like pot metal, and I think more likely a toy gun than a real one if that is the case.

I think it is real, not from an air gun.

It is not from a real one. That appears to be pot metal or aluminum. It will be from a BB gun or a toy one...d2

I agree the metal is a dead give , might be for
a pop gun or BB gun. On my phone this tattered area on your pants looks like a tang that could operate the trigger linkage in a firearm.

It doesn't look like a Daisy, maybe a King air rifle, which copied the early Winchesters. Tony
