Total change of pace for me.... Coke, hot, wet, exausted and a sore arm....

OK, went into some woods where I was told an old house sat. I found the foundation and junk, but the whole place was covered in trash. Sat the detector down and just kinda poked around.... Spied some glass sticking up, went over and pulled it out. Low and behold its a coca cola bottle in great shape. I take the ol' lesche and poke in the ground gingerly, and "tink". To make this long story short, I dug a ton of bottles, had to walk about 1 1/2 to car, get an burlap bag, walk back 1 1/2 then collect bottles and walk back the 1 1/2 miles to the car. Tons of bottles still left, I just couldn't lift anymore!

Some of the brands are Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, Dr. Pepper, Nehi, Robersons, Pilot, Sun Crest, and Pal. All appear to be from mid 30s to mid 40s.

Be careful washing them. I cleaned some once and all the paint came off. Only left a ghost of what was there.
