The last one maybe if it shows secondary flaking on the edges. If it doent then its just a large flake.

Hummm I am not sure due to the fact I have yet to find any fluted. Most of those type of artifacts I find like that are reduction flakes. Might of taken a large flake off of it to make a tool with and that is whats left.
