Torch lapel pin

Found this torch lapel pin at an early 1900s home site. Olympic souvenir pin? There's a similar one on ebay but the seller doesn't know anything about it. I'm sure about it being ROTC, not so sure the age though. I think it's post WWI. I'm not sure when they switched over from the single post screw on type to the 2 pin clutch back style.
