Tootsietoy car what make & model represented?

Dug this out of the traveled track of road in wilderness campground. It's marked Tootsietoy Chicago USA and what looks like RS, Orange color, 2 1/2 inches, Hard plastic wheels so not too old. My interest is what car does it represent? To me it looks kinda like a 70's Chevy "Chevelle" but thats a wild guess.

Well thanks DialM and Hardy. My wild guess couldn't have been further off. Now I own a Porche RS and can't afford gas for my old truck.
