Thats a Nice one!! Looks like a rocket. Did you see a number at the bottom? I have found numerous in the past and saw something like " Roadster #1"

My research so far shows it's called a land speed record car. Possibly called bluebird. Not sure about age, I thought 30s

Blue Bird was the name given to cars and boats driven by Sir Malcolm Campbell and family who set a number of land and water speed firsts.

Maybe related to this specific vehicle with a bit of creative licensing taken?:
