Hey, GC—

Looks a bit like the Tootsietoy 1954 MG TF roadster shown below. These were made in a couple of sizes 3" (1955-60) and 6" (1954-67). There was also a Tootsietoy midget version (maybe 2-1/2") issued in a four-car set around 1970-77.
