Thanks, I was pretty stoked to pull it out of the hole. Never found a vintage die cast before so its been a good day.
 

Love to dig a tootsie toy, never saw that one before.

it may not be valuable, but it is cool as heck. put that on my toy finds shelf in a heartbeat. very nice find. looks like my dad's truck after my brother borrowed it for the night way back when. lol

that truck on ebay has been repainted. i doubt they painted that truck yellow in the 1940's. :dontknow:
 

would any of us let our daughter go on a date in that truck if it pulled up out front and honked? great find!!!!
