Is the other one made of Lead?

If so, it brought back memories of long ago when a friend and his brother had many lead molds which they then poured molten lead into to have all sorts of little things. The size, if I remember correctly, was about the size of your unmarked boat.

Here is a 1940 Tootsie Toy Navy ship set on eBay, even a submarine. Your green tootsie is part of # 1405 Fleet set. 1 battleship, #129 tender and #128 submarine all issued about 1940. your tender is missing a couple masts. FromTootsie Toys, world's First diecast Models 2nd. Edition by James Wieland. ISBN #0-87938-065-9. It is a 1980 publish date

There are also Tootsie Toy Trains, I have the pennsylvania locomotive #1094. It is 130mm long
