Tool and i'm told spear point?

The one on the right is a Dugong rib rubbed down to a point ( tool ). The left is bone cut down and pointed I'm told for a spear point. Any thoughts?

The piece on the left is a Bone Arrowpoint and a very nice one at that. The other piece I have no idea without holding it to see the polish.

Great find on the Bone Arrowpoint.

The one on right is fossilized Dugong Rib ( Extinct Manatee ). ID by a private collector and the State Archaeologist. Believed to be a tool used for scraping out bone marrow and other things.

I think dugongs went extinct in along the east coast multiple millions of years back. Are they saying that an ancient Indian found a fossil and worked it?

The natives in the caribbean ate a lot of manatee, and I've found a lot of manatee bones over the years. It certainly looks like a manatee rib to me, and looks like a well fossilized piece, so I'd agree with the dugong call.

The point is about 5 inches long.
