Hello everyone... This is my first time posting to the forums, however, I check out your finds regularly, which has inspired me to make a post. I found a 1943 Lady Liberty Half Dollar the other day at an old, city park in Pittsburgh, PA. She was laying face up, about 3 inches down in the ground. I jumped back in surprise and she winced because it's the first time that she has been exposed to light in many years, lol... It has been one of my more significant finds. May these pictures inspire someone else to pick her up and dust her off.
