It appears to just be an angel lucky charm token. I have seen one before. There was a thread that contained one just like that on "Coin Roll Hunting."

Just found out that they are sent out by Catholic Relief Services, as a thank you for a donation

on a card with a prayer. i Md his yard about 4 yr ago and found
2 of those, and some early 1900s junk
