Found this at a old train depot. Thought it was some kind of quartered silver coin but now I dont know..It's about the size of an Ike dollar..

Interesting find and the once silver coin looks like it has suffered heat damage to point of melting.dropped in a camp fire may be.

The pitting on the reverse makes me think it isn't silver. Seems too big to be a token. Commemorative of some type?
