Token of some sort?

Found this on the beach, chipping through the ice. Not sure if it's some kind of token, but besides the 20 (on both sides) no other markings or holes. Not sure if it's iron, but not any rust or anything. If it had a hole I'd guess some sort of marker to check out umbrellas or something. No lockers here now, but maybe a token for a locker? Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm not really up to speed on my metric, but what are the odds this weighs 20 grams? I'll weigh it tonight.

This turned out to be 8 grams, so the weight idea went out the window! Most likely some marker for checking something out for return. Thanks for all the input!

I noticed today its not magnetic. I was a little surprised. Not sure what type of metal it would be.
