Hello Forum,

I was wondering if anyone might be able to assist in identifying this token. It was found at a city sidewalk replacement project. Thanks for looking!

Joe, this was my thought too. The image sure looks like hot water heaters. I searched extensively, and I couldn't find any token like this one though. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Okay this area of Rochester, NY has yielded a decent amount of 1940's coin. The company could have been a local company, or from another city. The token could be 40's, but I'm not sure. These are only clues. Thanks again for looking.

I wonder if it could be an American-Coin Laundry System?

looks to me like it features a coffee urn (1930s-1940s)

Wow, would have hurt to lose that token. $25.00 in the 30s was still a lot of money.
