OK this i a first for me well i found 2 before but both said token on them so wasnt to hard to figure out they were to an arcade but this one different small like a dime has 10c with i think word in on the top and says trade at bottom the other side is smooth but has letter b 395 stamped on it

More than likely a "maverick", used by many different folks.
If the condition drives you crazy, take a brass brush and go nuts with it.
Still, tokens are always a great find.
