Token? Electrical Thing? Whats this ornate thing??

Hello again, found this Token? thing at an 1800's site. I know I have seen them posted before but just can't remember what it could be. The thing is the exact same on front and back with the arrows and the word that looks like Goetz, or Goets possibly.

The other thing was located in the same yard. Could this possibly be some sort of napkin holder :icon_scratch: Not sure. You can see the "pointy" things sticking out to be able to grasp something.

Maybe a portion of a late 19th or early 20th century lady's dress belt. I don't think it's a bracelet or other jewelry item.

Lady's dress belt and guess late 1900's. Nice relics and the belt nicely recovered :icon_thumright: :icon_thumleft:
