I do HVAC for a living. Today a customer who served in the USMC, gave me this as a tip said its a roman coin. Any idea what it is worth?

I did some searching. Could not find an exact match, but it looks like a Constantius II coin. All of his images show the double head band crown, and the unique hair flip behind his ear. Value? No idea. Cool tip!
