Today's Surprise Civil War Stuff
I wasnt totally shocked i found some CW stuff today, but lately im not used to finding multiple CW items. There were house sites and a dump, so the signals and finds were kind of mixed. 10 minutes into my day i had the .69 caliber roundball, followed by the heavy brass buckle minutes later. A few more sweeps onlly got me some pulltabs and a kerosene lamp part, but the next sweep scored me the box plate or buckle. It's in rough shape, but it's only the 2nd part of one i have. It's ironic that today's plate has mostly the "U", and my other one was mostly "S"
