Today's relics

I had to cancel my dive due to high winds so I gave Rick a shout to see if he wanted to do some dirt diving with me. We headed out to some new sites to see if we could locate any more prime spots but nothing exciting came up. I managed to get 1 crusty copper and some other do-dads. It looks like one is a bell from an old phone, you know the ones we used before cell phones. I think another find is a homemade match safe made from 2 bullet casings and the find of the day for me was an intact crotal bell size # 3.
Rick scored a some silver but I will let him post that up.

At least your getting out in the fresh air and the potential is there at anytime in old areas...always nice getting new sites and you have to run into light days in order to cross some of those sites off the list...

Yea we are very happy campers these days. I just hope it all doesn't dry up on us all of a sudden.

Dave - I see you're continuing to take advantage before the cold weather sets in. Hopefully you can get back in the water soon and make more awesome recoveries. I'll be rootin' for ya!

Thanks Bill, hopefully we will get some more chances this year to dive that site. I would love to get up some more gold or silver from this place. When winter sets in we will start our bottle diving and I should have a lot more time for diving this year. I will post all our finds from our outings, we get some amazing artifacts up from the bottom.
