Today's REAL finds
Last week I told you all about my first REAL finds in Dover, Tennessee, near Ft. Donelson, and today I got out again, went to a yard in town, and scored some more goodies!
I hunted about two hours, and found a small buckshot (I'm thinking "buck 'n ball"), a grapeshot, a piece of an exploded cannon ball, a horse shoe nail, and a piece of harmonica reed. All in a yard in town!
Dover Tennessee has been hunted HARD for 30 or more years, but it's not all gone.
I'd post some pictures, but I can't crack the code on uploading photos. I tried 4 times last week to post the pictures of the round and Minie balls I found last time out. Any help there would be appreciated.
Thanks for reading this, and Merry Christmas, and Happy Hunting
Roger
