It was finally under 100 degrees today so i took advantage. Found 10 wheat pennies including a nice green 1910 my oldest yet. 1 silver quarter and 1 Canadian dime silvers #9 and #10 FTY. Also found this pendant that seems to be silver or at least plated. Has a date that looks like 1850 or 1830?? Can't quite tell. All found at a local early 1900s park.

That's a great hunt looks like there is a lot of old finds in there.. Great post......

Nice finds! Date on the medal should be 1830 - a year in which some significant event happened. Should be easy to search. I'm just lazy or I'd do it haha

Sweet! I love the Canadian dime. Still looking for my first Canadian Silver. Seems like it's only a matter of time though living in Washington.

You made some great finds! I love those old Canadian silver dimes they look really neat. Nice hunting

Those are some nice finds. Congrats on your oldest Wheat to date.

Nice coin shooting, congratulations! :occasion14:

I always hope for days just like that. Really nice.

that pendant might be silver, the discoloration looks to be from the chain breaking down from what I can see. great finds

Thanks! It was one of my best days ever. I am usually lucky to find more than a wheat penny in one day lol.

It sure looks like silver. Came out of the dirt pretty clean and shiny like a silver coin. Just a rinse in water before pic was taken. Just not sure if it's plated or solid??

Thanks to everyone for looking and for the kind words!
