Today's half boxes - 2/1/12
Well, I managed to find a little silver today to start the month. I got my usuall 2 half boxes from my main p/u bank and I was informed by the vault teller while I was there that I would only be able to get one half box a week from now on. Oh well, such is life. At least she didn't mention the F word but maybe that's coming next. But it is a small branch so I'll just be thankfull for what I can get. I already called this afternoon about getting boxes from a new bank next week so hopefully that bank will work out alright and start producing some silver for me. So anyway here's my rather meager finds for today:
Half box 1: 1 x '69D (in the 46th roll and since I thought for sure I was about to get skunked, it sure was a nice sight)
Half box 2: 2 x '67
I also found a '68D from $3 in loose halves from another bank this morning so with 4 keepers for the day I'm not complaining. I'll probably get 2 dime boxes tomorrow and I have 2 more half boxes to p/u from another bank on Fri.
