Today's finds
Decided to hit a local park, for the first time, as it's been hosting community events as early as the 1940's. The park is seldom used now except for a week during the summer for community days in which local vendors set up booths. As expected, plenty of can slaw, pull tabs, and other miscellaneous metal debris. Well, I did my part by removing all trash dug up and some just lying on the surface. It's too nice of a place to just walk by. Needless to say, this "recon" hunt was fairly productive and let's face it, it just felt good to swing. No notable finds, just some clad; a vendor token I believe and this monkey (made me smile when I dug it up). Happy hunting to all.
