Great finds bud.

That half was really a cool find Greg. I hope you get a barber half before the end of the season to complete the silver halves of the 20th century. The E trac is a pretty nice machine to hunt with. Heck I have used it twice and found 2 silvers. Not a bad average. TMAN...

Tell me about the Franklin! Deep? On edge? Only fired up because I've lacked hitting one of those around here forever. Gotten more than a few Barbers and Walkers but the Frankie is one I'd really like to dig!

You guys are awesome as always!

Hey Lowbatts,

Frankie was on edge and about six inches deep. the signal was repeatable and very short but only from one side, I almost didn't dig it since there are a bunch of nails around that area.

Glad you did dig it!!!! :icon_pirat:

Wow, a six incher on edge. That is good! One of the last Barber halves I got was on edge, but at the surface believe it or not in one of those "hunted out" spots between tree roots. Literally brushed aside some dirt and saw the reeded edge and knew what it was.

Good diggin!

The last half I found was on edge too.......... oh yea, IM STILL LOOKIN FOR MY FIRST HALF!!!! >:(

:tongue3:

Nice Franklin Goio! Do you feel like the E-TRAC has given you a new edge?

I'm still looking for my first half too because the first one I found my son dropped down the middle of a metal table post. It was one of those cemented into the ground tables at schools. I learned a lesson that day... don't let my son show a "first find" to his grandpa unattended.
