Buckle shaped object is brass and marked "1 1/4" at top.

Second disc does not have any markings(except for the odd symbols)...it is non-ferrous. 14724.webp14712.webp14720.webp14722.webp

The first one almost looks like a brake shoe...

DCMatt will be along shortly to "really" ID it.

That piece with a stud has something to do with an old scale..they have been posted here before, but I can't find the discussions on them.

That was my first thought...just couldn't figure out why it would be curved so I changed my mind.

....The first appears to be an inner tube repair clamp shoe used in conjunction with a heater to set a (1 1/4") patch.
The second is quite interesting in that the hand tooling seems to have been done BEFORE the keyhole voids were made!?
Question.....appx thickness and type of material (looks quite thin and copper).
Good pics !

EDIT.... Failed to find a good example of an inner tube repair part like this. M.

Vhoov , any chance on one more picture of the bottom (opposite) side of the thing with the stud ?

Sure...not cleaned up very well....no markings on the underside.

As some have pointed out, I was thinking drain cover for the second item. It is definitely a hand carving of something that was cast with molten metal. It is not copper or brass. It is nonferrous and a silver material. I will check and see if it is malleable. It is quite thin though - less than a 1/4".

Item 2 could be the remains of a turn of the 20th C table trivet.
