I found these items today and would love to know more about them Toy soldier wounded and on crutches. Button would really love to know age of this. Two coins. G Washington on front of one writing on back. "American fabulous " across top of back T. Roosevelt on other with similar on back. What are they? image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

The lead toy soldier is by Barclay and depicts a WWI wounded soldier. I think these were made sometime in the 1930's. I saw a similar one listed on an online auction for $29.99. I've only ever found a base to a Barclay toy soldier. :sadsmiley:
That's a cool find!

The button looks like a pre CW navel button. The eagle looks to its left, later they changed it to look to its right. I think I read that somewhere a awhile back. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Nice finds!!

The coins are Presidential tokens collectors items. Not much value and not sure when they were made but plentiful. One is a theodore roosevelt and the other a George washington American Fabious token Father of our country First in war first in peace etc..

Snowtrooper49 got it right on the ID of the soldier. It was formally listed in the Barclay catalog as #775- Soldier, Wounded, with crutches. In this condition may be worth $10-20 at this time. They were made 1935-1941ish. Happy Hunting, Sub 8-)
