I was rebuilding an old woodstove a year or so ago, and there are several sites that BUY and sell old parts. They do get big bucks because some people are particular about getting "same as original" equipment.
 

Wow!,, thats awesome... Ya just never know whats valuable, and whats not...
I bet I've threw away at least a dozen of them over the years... :'(
I've have held onto some old oil lamp parts, hoping I could find someone who restores them...
There are still some great parts left on them...
