Todays finds & a little good news for me

corp of enginers lets me hit one of there swim areas and along the picnic and Dam area i found MUCH pull tabs but a little treasure. and a action figure also an old boy scout badge..
the good news for me was I stoped by the division of forestery and ask for permission, they said they had 6 applications for MDing for the year SO I got me one this gets me access to over 350 camp sites and picnic areas and the beach. none of which has ever had an MD on it in over 40 yrs the state did not allow it, But i gotta wait till November 4th before i start that is when the park closes and i can hunt till the 3rd weekend in March. i'm kinda excited, for November now lol Got to be some goodies in there..

You need to look for evidence of an old house site. We have found plenty of them along the shore lines of some of the lakes here in Tennessee. They used to sit along old creek channels and river channels that are now lakes. Winter pool exposes some of them and we have dug several civil war relics around them. I like your finds but take my advice and look for the older sites, they are there and you have permission to hunt for them!

the lake is a water shed lake lots of old farms under the water ,, one such old house seat sits at the end of the beach on a point of the old river my grandmothers uncle lived in it. it will be my first hit at winter pool..
