Nice digs :icon_thumleft: that 1847 LC is in good shape ,do you use mixed mode on your DFX i been trying that for a week i find i can get much deeper with my 10x12 SEF ? silver and copper 6 to 8 inches. Good Hunt Dd60
 

WTG on digging the good stuff. I dug an old copper ring last year. No idea on how to date them but the spot I was digging at was 1860's ::) Nice finds :thumbsup:

Alot of the sites I hunt are trashy and full of Iron it doesnt take long to turn off the mixed mode when it never shuts up
 

look at the e in cent on the large! im not joking here! they used to change the e to a u and use them in brothels. willy
 

Wow! Looks like a very good hunt! That heel plate is sweet! I haven't found on yet!
