I think NIFC stands for Not Intended For Circulation. Basically your standard 2003 Kennedy half.

Me too, but how do you pronounce it

The N is normal, the I is sharp like in the word (ice). The F is short and blends into the C. The C is soft as in the word (mice).

NIFC almost sounds like Knives.
