Hello everyone today me and Ed went to the Regina's legislative building. It was built in 1905. We have been here in the past but haven't found to much.At the begging of the hunt I new we were both going to find lots! Anyway we started off on the right side of the legislative building. And some of the pictures are dark, I had my pictures on a weird setting.

Right off the start Ed had a great target at 4 inches. so of course we dug away.

We couldn't find it right away so we made the cork bigger. And there they lay!!!!

neither of us have never found two silvers in one hole (1958 and 1964 dimes). So that is a great start!

Next we headed over to a nice area were it seemed very promising!

I had a great target a 4 inches also so I dug away with the corker. when I pulled the cork out and cracked it in half I could see something silver.

Turned out to be a 19?? dime, because someone drilled a whole right through the middle!! But I do know that it can be anywhere from 1911 to 1936.

In the same area Ed had a great target at 5.5 inches. We dug down and could not find anything. so we used the pin pointer. This next photo is very bright but I think you can see the coin at the bottom of the hole.

out of the hole (1935)

Next I headed into some dirt hoping to find something old on top of the surface because the ground has been turned up.

Usually we find nothing in these type of areas but then i got a solid 65 at one inch. So i dug and out popped a copper coin.

The front (1915)half Penny from another country. Can someone help me ID this coin and check if it is valuble. Thanks

The day was winding to a end. We had to leave in 10 minutes so we started to head back to the van when I hit a penny signal at .5 inches. So I just assumed it was a penny but to my surprise it was a 1919 dime!!!!!!!

What a great day and congrats on some nice silver!!

Good job on the hunt!!! The coin with a hole is very unusual...not a perfectly round hole ..almost looks like it had a hole and was filed.

Nicely done...that 1919 dime is in very nice conditon. The foreign coin you found is a British half penny. No real value. Keep digging!

Yeap British as stated, common & worthless other than you found it and few thousand miles from where it was minted. :)

Nice finds for you and Ed... That is an amazing spot... Congrats on getting permission to hunt there... Keep us posted on the rest of the cool finds from there...

Nice post rosevelt! Great pics.
Congrats on the silver, it's always good...

Keep safe...

Great finds. It's also great you included photos of the site. Kinda like being there.

I'm in Ohio. We find some Canadian stuff. My son just found one of those older cCnadian small cents. Very cool. Of coarse the silver is the best. ;D

Greta post and photos!! Thanks for sharing your adventure, enjoyed!!
Congrats on the nice old coins especially the cool silvers!

Smiles!

Looks more like it was shot to me, small caliber or pellet gun.

Great job on the silver. Way to go. Who did you have to ask for permission to search that area. I think the locals around here would flip if I ask to MD the court house. LOL.
