i just found my first ben today. i was pumped. you going to keep or try to clean those proofs?

yeah i always keep them, im trying to get a set together and maybe throw them on ebay? Good score on your first find, hope that is the 1st of many!

Interesting proof marks lol!

I love benders... have found 2 so far... What I really want is a walker or barber ender! Walker is more realistic, although its bound to happen

What wrappers are you changing too?

they were the light brownish/yellow wraps, now they are the black like what Mav is getting, i never found a barber yet, maybe one day, we did find a booker T about a month ago though, we didnt even know what the hell it was LOL:icon_scratch:

don't get bent out of shape over marked coins, but i gotta say it is sad when people do stuff like that just to disappoint others.

Nah, i wasnt mad, i was glad he didnt make me strain my eyes looking at the "S" LOL

James I wouldnt know what a booker was either, Weasel had one a couple weeks back... I did find a 1893 columbian half dollar 2 weeks back, never knew of that one either lol!

I don't like when people mark good coins or proofs, I marked some coins a while back, but they were all crap and nothing special.

You found a Booker, that is cool! I have never found one. HH, Maverick.

InfoW, I like finding the foreign ones too, i found a 63 hong kong, the infamous balboa, and a few others, I will have to make a new post on wierd finds with pics LOL

let me ask you guys, have you found many of those nation of immigrant proofs?
