If that watch is real (which i am not sure it is based on the photo), it is worth several thousands. As Patek's are very high end. And if it does work, it should not need a battery, it is probably ran off the motion of swinging your arm while wearing it. I used to work with watched and a strap style Patek would go for several thousands. Good luck.

Since it takes a battery, i would say no go on being real. And with the moon phase and second hands and so forth, this watch would be solid 18k white or yellow gold. But I am not an expert, just my opinion. Thanks

The word Japan is on the mech.Once again im skunked ,oh well i keep digging .seema i find many almoats .i guess thats what makes this such a fun hobbie
