✅ SOLVED Toasted token needs ID help

I found this token in a Mesa Arizona park today and have tried to find anything like it on line with zero results. It is really toasted on one side and the good side has 50c on it. Surrounding the 50c looks like a horseshoe and on the horseshoe is alternating what appears to be horseshoes and dice. I think it may be an old gaming token but I am open to suggestions. Any help identifying would be greatly appreciated.
