was swinging my thing at a local spring today , in the water.
found many newer coins and some costume jewlery.
also two coins or maybe not, size of nickles just a tad bigger.
no marks to even describe that they may be coins. had been in the water a long time they were encrusted with irony build up.
and they are sticking to a magnet. were some older coins magnetic ?

I wuold think snails before slugs, there aren't many varieties of freshwater slug, and he did say it was springwater(not to try and make you look dumb storm ). Could be leeches...

Hehehehehehe, Coin Slugs. They look like washers but without the hole in the middle of them. People used to us them in vending machine to by things.
